We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote regions. Please review our shipping details:

• Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Tracking information will be provided for all orders.

You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s import regulations.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your shipment.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

• Unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
• Packaged in the original box with all tags, manuals, and accessories included
• Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number)

Non-Returnable Items:

• Central Vacuums (if unboxed or installed)

Additionally, any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer error is not eligible for return.

Return Process:

2. Include your order number and product details
3. Wait for instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).

Refunds:

Upon approval of your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method. The timing of the refund depends on your payment provider:

• Visa, MasterCard, JCB: Refunds appear within 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: Refunds are credited immediately to your PayPal balance

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
