We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote regions. Please review the following shipping methods and timeframes:
- Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Tracking information will be provided for all orders.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, uninstalled, and in original condition.
- Packaged in the original box with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number).
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable once used or opened:
- Caulk & Sealants
- Beverage & Wine Combos
- Beverage Coolers
- Central Vacuums (if unboxed or installed)
Additionally, any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to customer error is not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to request a return or exchange:

- Wait for Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Do not ship items without an RMA.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our warehouse.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).
Refunds
Upon approval of your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method. The timing of the refund depends on your payment provider:
