If you are not entirely satisfied with your item, we are here to help with a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In its original, unused, and uninstalled condition.
- In the original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.
- Accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order number).
Returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
- Caulk & Sealants: Once used or opened, these materials cannot be resold.
- Beverage & Wine Combos / Beverage Coolers: For health and safety reasons, these appliances are final sale once used.
- Central Vacuums: Due to their installation nature and hygiene considerations, returns are not accepted once the unit has been unboxed or installed.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange process:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Please include your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Wait for Instructions: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific instructions for shipping your item back to us. Please do not ship any items without an RMA number.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item).
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. The timing of the refund is dependent on your payment provider:
- Visa, MasterCard, JCB: Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days after processing.
- PayPal: Refunds are usually credited to your PayPal balance immediately upon processing.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] and we will guide you through the process, including covering the return shipping costs.
